So much to write, so little time!

It is so hard to keep up with blogging now I know how my fellow bloggers feel. It is definetly something you have to be disciplined about or else you just keep putting it off and never get around to doing it. 

In the beginning of March I actually visited this Vegan restaurant I wanted to share about. It is located in Long Beach and according to urbanspoon 90% of people that visit like it. It has gluten-free options, free Wifi, they take reservations and it is also organic. 

I had a salad that day which was delicious. 

The name of this selection is Thai Temple

Bowl with Mock Chicken. I also tried the Cocoa Loco. 

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this location although I think that the customer service could use some improvement.
