Expo West Fun

I am very excited because I have tons of things I have been dying to blog about, but just have very little time with all my other projects in between.

As many of you know I attended the Natural Food Expo West Event last weekend, which I came away with lots of goodies. Last year, I failed to blog about all the things I received, mainly because my mother decided to try everything while I was away (LOL). Non the less, this year I plan to devote more time into letting my readers know about the products I'm using.

At the Expo I was proud to represent The Ginger People, where they make everything ginger. I will talk about some of their products later down the road. Had such a blessed time walking around with this lovely gal around the show. Furthermore, we both were able to obtain so many goodies! Teamwork is definitely more effective!

Without further ado, let's get down to business.

I just started using a bar soap by Grandpa's. This brand has been around since 1878! Wow!
Origins stem from Ohio, Tippecanoe.

First of all, I'm not the biggest fan of bar soap, I love my luffa too much! The particular reason this soap attracted my attention stemmed from the contents, witch-hazel. I suffer lots from itchiness, I guess it can be categorized as a type of mild eczema. I know many suffer from this annoying skin troubles.
So, I did some research and found that witch-hazel has great effects for your skin. It can minimize pores and clarify skin.

After checking out this article:
http://www.naturallivingideas.com/14-reasons-why-witch-hazel-should-be-in-every-home/
I found 14 beneficial uses for with hazel. Here are some that I thought were most beneficial:
1. Natural Astringent
2. Reduces Blemishes and bruises.
3. Brightens around the eye area

Well friends hope this was useful. Happy Friday!
